Paving Tracker
Since taking office in January 2016, Mayor Strickland has more than doubled the paving budget as part of his promise to be "brilliant at basics." The FY22 budget includes $19.5 million dollars dedicated to paving our roads and getting us back on a 25 year paving cycle. Due to weather, the paving season runs April-November, and this calendar year we have a goal to pave 350 miles. Check out the map below to see what we've already paved and where we are headed next! Remember, TDOT paves all state owned roads and the interstates, highlighted in yellow on the map. The blue lines represent what TDOT is scheduled to pave this year. Have a pothole concern? Be sure to report it to 311 either via phone or the 311 app (download it here!). If you've already submitted a pothole request, check the status on Open 311 here.
